Who are we?
We are Gee Pee Aerospace & Defence Private Limited ("Gee Pee"), a Hyderabad-based firm specializing in manufacture of CNC machined components for the Aviation, Space, Defence and General Engineering Industries.
About the Founder & Our Journey
Gee Pee was established in mid-1980s by Major Ghanshyam Pandey, a retired Army Officer. From a very humble beginning of manufacturing mall engineering components, Gee Pee has moved miles ahead into manufacturing highly specialised machinery for the Aviation, Defence & Space Industries. Our journey has indeed been very challenging and eventful :-
- 1988 - Developed expertise in Moulds and Dies for the Tile Industry in collaboration with International Stampi, Italy.
- 1995 - Developed multiple cavity moulds for Ceramic Tiles.
- 2009 - Achieved ISO 9001 Certification.
- 2011 - Established a modern machining facility with definitive consolidation in the Aerospace & Defence Sector. Manufactured high quality products for Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), TATA Advanced Systems, Ordnance Factories and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Divisions.
- 2013-16 - Developed flat beds for Bharat Electronics Limited and Air Frames for Aakash Missiles (for NUCON).
- 2019-20 - Developed mounting brackets for Tejas Aircraft for re-fuelling in air. Achieved ISO 9100D Certification.
- 2021 - Working towards achieving ISO 27001 Certification and computerization / automation of processes.
